Canon imagePROGRAF 4600 with Lucia Pro II inks
The Canon imagePROGRAF 4600 is the ideal all round photo lab, signage and fine art machine.
For those with small dry labs this device enables enlargements on fine art and metallic papers
For fine art usage the 44 inch width covers all the common fine art paper sizes.
This carriage width also makes it a viable machine for printing canvas with wraps.
The machine is shown and priced without the second take-up roll which is often mandatory in many cases as its far cheaper than the use of a second machine and adds high speed auto loading.
Beware the websites that show the machine with the second feeder but price it without.
Profiles and Canon Media configuration (AMX) advice are available for this machine and that includes metallic prints and canvas.
As canvas printing is challenging, sometimes even for 44 inch machines, GMS offers owners a service using its profile compatible 60 inch machine
GMS offers an extensive array of 31 and 20mm thickness stretcher bars as well as made to measure Hoffmann sizes for this device.
The Lucia Pro II ink set is ideally useful for its increased dark color gamut on fine art papers and metallic media.
